Suffolk - May 2023I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Feb 2021 and met Jade towards the end of year and my treatment, in fact, just before I was to have my radiotherapy. Jade came into my life just at the right time. The Chemo and surgery team had finished with me and I was like a lost puppy in need of someone to gently navigate me through the now new life. Jade was really gentle yet firm, always reading my need of the moment and tailoring my sessions accordingly. Cambridgeshire - March 2023I was advised by the GP to take up some form of exercise and was very wary of doing so. I am old, very over weight, have some health issues, nor do I look good in Lycra! I went for an assessment full of trepidation but Jade immediately put me at ease. I am now into my twelfth week of attending the sessions and even I am amazed at how I have progressed. I have movement in my limbs that I never thought I would ever achieve again. Jade is kind, understanding and has never made me feel stupid or ungainly, however a dropped shoulder never gets past her but she is always full of encouragement. Nothing is too much trouble and the sessions are something that I look forward to instead of dreading. Thank you so much Jade.

Suffolk - September 2022I started exercising with Jade in April 2021 age 59, just 3 months after my COVID infection left me weak, breathless, feeling older than my years and insecure. I had lost all confidence in my body. I had always resisted exercises - just finding them boring as well as exhausting - but it seemed the only way out of the lingering after-effects of COVID for me. Jade designed exercise sessions for me which never repeated themselves once! The very first positive effect I noticed was regaining my confidence. I learned that anything I needed to do or wanted to do I could achieve. We worked on strength, balance and flexibility, all of them improving daily life - from cutting my toenails to climbing ladders to scrambling up a bank rescuing my cat- I can do it again. During 18 months of twice weekly exercises I have never injured myself once, in fact the niggling pains of advancing age ( shoulders, hips etc) are always reduced after a session. I am not known for making sensible choices but the one to exercise with Jade I rate as the most sensible choice I made in years.

Suffolk - September 2022I have been training with Jade for some months now and have been very impressed with how she customises training to fit with the individual’s needs.I have sporadic lower back pain and so Jade has focused on strengthening these muscles to help me. She also gives me a mixed and varied training regimen so that I never tire of our sessions which we do via zoom. Jade also explains which muscles I am working with and makes sure my posture is suitable for the exercise. She is empathetic and fun to train with and pushes me to work that little bit harder each time. I feel we have a lovely rapport and look forward to each session. I think I have been making good, steady progress and feel really good mentally and physically after our sessions. I wouldn’t be without her.

Suffolk - January 2022Over the last year or so I have been experiencing knee pain and times where I feel as though my knee will give way when I am walking. I love to play golf but the problem with my knee started to affect my enjoyment as my knee was so painful during and after playing. Jade provided me with a great workout that has done wonders for strengthening my lower body and I can't believe how much it has reduced my knee pain. The 1:1 session at the beginning to see and learn how to do the exercises properly was invaluable and has given me the confidence to do the exercises on my own. Knowing that I can contact Jade if I am not sure about something has been is very reassuring. Thanks Jade. Just need to work of my golf game now!

Cambridgeshire - October 2020I lead a busy professional life, fitness wise I love being outdoors and walking but you need a good hour every day for 10k steps! When I met Jade she introduced me to the benefits of cardio and strength training which I can fit into my busy work and home life. I really enjoy Jade’s HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions. As a personal trainer, she has a great balance of calm and patience, but also seeks out your boundaries and pushes you beyond (without you knowing it!) which can only be good to improve your overall fitness and health. She’ll work with you to develop good techniques so you get the most out of your workouts and avoid injuries. Love what you’re doing Jade, keep it up!

My main treatments consisted of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and Herceptin. Jade has listened to my concerns re exercise and diet and has tailored my training to give me the utmost benefit and confidence to get my fitness back. She is an empathetic and intelligent trainer who explains the benefits of the various exercises and makes me think about which muscles are being used. She also makes the sessions fun.
